Due to a lot of requests from customers I will be now supplying my fantastic freshly made Mozzarella cheese and Ricotta cheese!!  So if you would like to try out my Mozzarella or Ricotta cheese give me a call to order, as usual prices are very reasonable!! So, come on and try true freshly made cheese...!!

Hey all,

On Sunday I was in Brighton Station in the Rockinghorse charity event, everything went really well, again the rustic pizza was a sold out!! I also sold lots of my antipasti and sauces which is great!

This coming weekend I'll be in Firle Place near Lewes in the dog and horse show... come along !!

Today at Churchill Sq

Today at Churchill sq went fantastic!! My best day ever in that market... I sold all the sun dried tomatoes I took, plus lots of sauces and pasta herbs, and of course the rustic pizza sold out!!
Now Saturday at Jubilee Square....

Hey all,

I just opened a new business in Brighton and Hove. I cook and import food from the South of Italy only, specifically from Calabria!

Yesterday I went to an event in Lewes and went really good, sold out! Today I went to Ralli Hall Farmers Market in Hove, and although was quite dead it went well...!!

I think people really like my pizza rustica.....
